Shipping & Tax:

Orders will be fulfilled in 2~3 business days by UPS / DPD, transit time 3~7 days to your door.

The list price is free shipping and duty paid, door to door (Orders from Non-EU countries need to pay Import Tax if any, like UK, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland etc).

We accept picking up too, please make appointment in advance. Our working time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Warranty:

We offer 12 months warranty on electronic systems, includes controller / motor / battery / charger / instrument: Non-man-made damage within twelve months from the date of receipt, can be replaced once for free, and the Buyer shall bear the cost of accessories + logistics after the time is exceeded (the controller is not covered by water, and the bicycle cannot be driven above moderate rain.)

1 months warranty on Booster / switch / acceleration handle / front light / Variable speed system / foot pedal / parking rack, etc: Non-man-made damage can be renewed free of charge within 1 month from the date of receipt; Buyer shall bear the cost of accessories + logistics fee if the time is exceeded
