Customization: The US inventory we don’t offer customization service, however, you can customize your side after the purchase, put your logo / change the manual book / add accessories.

Payment: 100% bank transfer before the shipping.

Shipping: Shipping cost is best when you order multiples of 4. 1 standard pallet can put 4 units, size: 74*40*50in, 849lb. Please give us your location and we calculate the freight. We’ll fulfill your order from the nearest warehouse. You can also come to pick up, please make an appointment one day in advance.

• Delivery: Orders will be pick up in 1~3 business days, transit time 3~7 business days, deliver to your door by truck with pallet. The price includes shipping door to door, tax free.
• Pick up: We accept picking up, pick up will reduce $300, if you don’t need a pallet, the price can reduce another $50.Pickup discount coupon: PICKUP300OFF. Picking up need make appointment 1 day in advance. Our working time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Assembling:

They are delivered 95% assembled, need you assemble the front wheel according our video instruction, which is easy and most customer can handle it well.

Certifications:

We are DOT listed manufacturer, and EEC / COC certified. We can offer the “CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN FOR A VEHICLE” . The chopper scooters come with unique VIN number and motor number, it can be registered in many states. You can check the register policy from your DMV office.

Warranty:
